Date: 4th - 8th December 2018  /  Location: Tignes, France

This workshop is a fantastic early season opportunity to work on your technical snowboard skills, develop your snowboard fitness and enjoy a fun four days of shredding. This high altitude course is run in Tignes, France so there is guaranteed snow and no shortage of awesome runs. Expert coaching will be lead by Neil McNair who will look to bring your riding up to speed in preparation for the winter. Neil will identify any areas that need to be developed, break them down into bite-sized chunks, and give you a tailor made plan to strengthen your riding. You will feel more in control, less tired, more confident and have style for miles.

Any elements that Neil identifies that are related to strength, agility, flexibility or conditioning will then be addressed off snow with Ben Kilner. I am really excited that Ben has joined the team of experts for this course. With his elite athlete background, and experience as a qualified fitness instructor, Ben is able to share with you elements of his own off-snow training specific to snowboarding. He will take you through important dry land based training sessions throughout the week and customise them to the individual where necessary. You will come away from the workshop with a unique snowboard training plan to prepare you for your next trip out to the mountains.
